Q. I forgot my password. – What do I do?
|
A. Go to your “Login” page and click on "Forgot your Password’ link there. Enter your e-mail address there and your password will be automatically sent to you.

Q. I would like to change my password - How do I do that?
|
A. Passwords can be changed online from the Web site. Logon then Go to "My Account", click on "Change username, email or password” in the Settings section. Enter your e-mail address there and your password will be automatically sent to you.

Q. I have changed address - How do I update my mailing address?
|
A. You can change your address details online from the Web site. Logon, then go to "My Account" and select the "Manage address and Telephone number" option in the Settings section and there you update your address.

Q. I would like to review my order history - How can I do that?
|
A. To review your order history, logon then go to "My Account" and select "Recently shipped Orders” in the Order section. You will be able to view all your completed orders and access each of your orders by clicking on the Order ID.

Q. I would like to review my Invoices - How can I do that?
|
A. To review your invoices, logon then go to "My Account" and select "My Invoices” in the Invoice section. You will be able to view all your Invoices and access each of your orders by clicking on the PO Number.

Q. I would like to review my Quotes - How can I do that?
|
A. To review your quotes, logon then go to "My Account" and select "My Quotes” in the Quotes section. You will be able to view all your pending quotes and access each of your quotes by clicking on the Quote name.

Q. How to modify your billing and shipping address?
|
A. You can change the billing and shipping address of the pending orders only. To modify your billing or shipping address, click on Orders from the Main menu and select Your Purchase Order No. Click on the Modify button under billing or shipping address, whichever you want to modify and update.

Q. How to view your personal and address details?
|
A. To view your personal and address details, go to "My Account", logon and then select "My personal and address details” in the Profile section.
